Your ticket questions, answered
How will I receive my tickets?
We email your QR code a few days after purchase. We’ll scan it at the gate and give you a wristband. Each code can only be used once, so please keep it to yourself.
Do children need a ticket?
Children aged five and under attend free. See the prices above for older children and students.
All under-18s must be accompanied by a paying adult. The adult must add a ticket for EVERY child to the basket, including £ FREE (0) tickets, so we know how many children will attend.
Are essential companion tickets available?
We want Crossover Festival to be welcoming and accessible. Essential companion tickets are available to guests who need support to attend because of a disability, long-term health condition or access need.
An essential companion weekend ticket costs a fixed £65. The companion attends specifically to provide assistance and must attend with the person who needs support.
You must email info@crossoverfest.com and provide proof before purchasing. Tickets purchased before contact will not be valid. Supporting evidence is required, such as PIP, DLA, Attendance Allowance, an Access Card, a Blue Badge or similar documentation.
If you have any other access requirements, please get in touch so we can help you plan your visit.
Who can help if I have an issue with a ticket purchase?
Email info@crossoverfest.com if you have a problem with a purchase.
If you’ve accidentally bought too many tickets, contact us to arrange a refund.
Can I return my tickets?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds if you’re unable to attend. However, you’re welcome to sell your ticket to a friend. Just let us know in advance so we can change the name on the booking for their wristband.
