Please be aware that the organisers are now processing ticket sales and packing up equipment ready to start setting up the site, so will not be available to reply to messages.
Please read the following information, which may answer your query:

TICKET AVAILABILITY: Weekend and day (Fri/Sat/Sun) tickets will be available to purchase on the gate (cash only at a slightly higher price of £120 for the weekend, £60 for Saturday, £60 for Sunday, £35 for Friday). Please note that the day tickets will not be split into afternoon/evening, so no matter what time you arrive, it will still be the same price. No concerts will be taking place on the Monday, so tickets aren’t for sale. Please don’t arrive on the Monday.
2. LIVESTREAM TICKETS: Still available through our website. You can watch through YouTube, Facebook or our Website. It’s free to watch, but purchasing a ticket is strongly encouraged.
3. REFUNDS: If you find yourself unable to attend the weekend event, please note that refunds cannot be facilitated at this stage. However, you have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else. Simply provide them with the booking confirmation number and QR code. The first individual to utilise this confirmation/QR code at the gate will be granted access to the tickets, preventing multiple attempts using the same code.

TICKET EXPLANATIONS
How much are tickets?
A FULL WEEKEND TICKET (not including Thursday night) including camping = (Tier 1: Early Bird) £100 per adult*
= (Tier 2) £110 per adult*
= (GATE) £120 per adult*
*CHILDREN'S TICKETS ARE FREE BUT CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PAYING ADULT*
Will tickets be posted out after I have purchased them?
No, we use a paperless system, so you will receive a QR code (via email) within a few days of the ticket being purchased (it's a manual process, not automatic; hence the slight delay) This QR code will be scanned in upon arrival at the festival, and you will then be issued your wristband. Do not share this QR code with others- it can be only used ONCE!
Do I have to buy a ticket for my child(ren)?
It depends on the age of your child! Children UNDER 18 ARE FREE so you don’t need to purchase a ticket for them. Children must be accompanied to the festival by a paying adult. HOWEVER, please remember to add your child ticket to your basket, so we can monitor numbers.
What is a Thursday night ticket?
Attendance on site is permitted from 5pm on Thursday. However, Thursday overnight camping will be chargeable (per person). You will need to pre-book. The festival programme does not officially start until Friday at 7pm, so this just enables you to get set-up and settled in after your journey but before the festival starts. Please note; no facilities other than toilets and water will be guaranteed on the Thursday.
STRICTLY NO ENTRY BEFORE 5PM. We kindly request that you DO NOT arrive before 5pm on the Thursday, not even to park up and wait in a queue. Children from the forest school will be on site prior to this and parents will be picking them up. You will be refused entry if you arrive before 5pm.
Is there a carers ticket?
Yes. We offer a free carer ticket for DLA holders. The person with the DLA must attend the festival along with the carer for the free ticket to be redeemed. Proof of DLA must be provided. Please contact the festival directly at info@crossoverfest.com to discuss this or book tickets.
There is a problem with my transaction. What can I do?
Please send an email to info@crossoverfest.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a solution.
If you’ve accidentally bought too many tickets, you will be fully refunded.
Can I return my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable unless we have to cancel the event.
Credits for next year's event will be considered if you are unable to attend the festival due to circumstances outside of your control.

PLEASE NOTE: T&Cs - This is a novelty gift voucher only and is not a valid ticket for entry into Crossover Festival. This voucher must be accompanied by a ticket with authentic QR code for admission.
