SITE RULES

*Please note, anyone breaking these rules may be asked to leave the festival site without a refund for their ticket*

FIRES

There will be a communal fire-pit for people to enjoy but fires elsewhere on the site are NOT permitted.

BBQs are permitted but only when off the grass.

SMOKING

Smoking is NOT permitted in any building or any other enclosed space.

ALCOHOL

There is a bar on site to purchase alcohol. Only alcohol purchased from the bar may be taken into the marquee

Alcohol only sold to over 18s.

Anyone inebriated and causing a nuisance will be asked to leave/escorted off site.

DRINKING GLASSES

Crossover festival likes to reduce the amount of waste that is produced each year. To that end, the bar will be putting a price on glasses (pint and half pint).  The cost is non-refundable, so make sure to keep hold of your glass. There are plenty of taps around the site to give it a good wash out.

This REALLY helped keep the amount of plastic glasses to a minimum last year. HOWEVER, you are of course allowed to bring your own drinks receptacle, as long as it complies with the same size as standard pint/half pint glasses.

RUBBISH/WASTE/RECYCLING

We hire an skip company, who deals with the recycling after the event, so do not have separate areas for recyclables and non-recyclables. However, we still ask that all rubbish be put in the bins provided and not left on the floor. Also, please take home bulky items with you- We have had to bin items such as giant boxes for a pushchair, broken tables and chairs, camping stoves etc. This means that we need to hire more skips, which will inevitably push up the price of your tickets! Please dispose all of your festival rubbish in the skips.

NOISE

We do anticipate that people play ACOUSTIC music into the small hours, but ask that all other noise is kept to a minimum to allow campers to sleep.

NO  amplified music is permitted on site.

There is a designated quieter camping area but this is a music festival  so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

DOGS

Dogs are allowed on site. They need to be on a lead at all times.  They are NOT allowed in the buildings, Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the marquee but must be kept on a lead and not disrupt the concert. If your dog is disrupting the concert, you will be asked to take it outside.

PLEASE clean up after your dog and leave the site as beautiful as you found it.

CHILDREN

Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
